License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Genzbots ("Company") for the use of Genzbots Studio software and associated services. By installing or using the software, you accept this Agreement. If you do not accept it, do not install or use the software.

This Agreement governs all editions of Genzbots Studio — Starter (Free), Standard, Pro, Pro+, and Enterprise — each subject to the specific terms of the tier you have downloaded or purchased.

Genzbots Studio is designed to let you build and run automation bots. Subject to this Agreement, you are permitted to:

• Automate any Windows desktop application, web browser, system task, file, database, or API that you have lawful access to
• Use TALK Mode, TYPE Mode, and SHOW Mode to build automation workflows using voice, text, or screen recording
• Use the AI Copilot to generate, improve, fix, and optimize your workflows — including at runtime
• Use AI Chat Assistant to discuss automation strategies, business processes, and technical concepts
• Run automated bots attended (with you present) or unattended (on a schedule) — depending on your subscription tier
• Use the software for personal projects, internal business processes, and commercial automation tasks
• Install and use the Starter Edition free of charge for both personal and commercial purposes indefinitely
• Create and share workflow templates within your team (Pro and above)

To protect the software, other users, and third parties, the following actions are prohibited:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Genzbots Studio or its underlying components
• Modify, patch, or tamper with the software binaries or license enforcement mechanisms
• Circumvent trial limits, license key validation, or any access control features
• Use cracked, pirated, or unlicensed copies of Genzbots Studio

• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute your Genzbots license to third parties
• Use Genzbots Studio to build, develop, or power a competing RPA or automation platform
• Bundle or ship Genzbots Studio as part of another software product without a written OEM agreement

• Automate systems, websites, or applications that you do not have explicit permission to access
• Use bots to perform actions that violate the terms of service of third-party platforms
• Create automations that transmit malware, spam, phishing content, or any harmful material
• Harvest, scrape, or extract personal data of individuals without a lawful basis under applicable privacy law
• Automate actions intended to defraud, harass, or harm any person or organization

4.1 Starter Edition (Free)

A perpetual, royalty-free license for a single user. Includes full Studio Designer access and 100+ built-in activities. Built-in AI Copilot included. No time limit. Valid for personal and commercial use.

4.2 Standard Edition

A subscription license for a single user. Includes everything in Starter plus AI Workflow Generation (TYPE Mode), GPT-4o Mini Copilot, execution history, and basic self-healing. Requires an active subscription to use AI features.

4.3 Pro Edition

A subscription license for a single user. Includes everything in Standard plus TALK Mode (Voice AI), SHOW Mode (Recording), GPT-4o Copilot, Orchestrator Dashboard, unattended robots, scheduling, and team collaboration features.

4.4 Pro+ Edition

A subscription license for a single user. Includes everything in Pro plus locally-run Llama 3.1 8B AI model (no data sent to external servers), Agentic Automation, Multi-Step Reasoning, AI Chat Assistant, and intelligent error recovery.

4.5 Enterprise Edition

A custom multi-seat license for organizations. Includes everything in Pro+ plus SSO / Active Directory, on-premise deployment, custom integrations, audit logs, compliance features, and dedicated SLA support. Contact sales for terms.

5.1 Cloud AI (Standard, Pro)

Cloud Copilot features use OpenAI's API. When you use these features, your workflow prompts are sent to OpenAI and processed under their terms. We do not store your prompts beyond session duration. You retain ownership of all generated workflow content.

5.2 Local AI (Pro+, Enterprise)

Pro+ and Enterprise include the Llama 3.1 8B model running entirely on your local device. No data is transmitted to any external server when using local AI features. You are responsible for ensuring your hardware meets the minimum requirements for local AI inference.

5.3 Open Source Components

Genzbots Studio incorporates certain open-source libraries. Their respective licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, etc.) apply to those components. A full list of open-source attributions is available within the application under Help → Licenses.

6.1 Software Ownership

Genzbots Studio and all its components, source code, designs, and documentation are the exclusive property of Genzbots. This Agreement grants you a limited license to use the software — it does not transfer any ownership rights.

6.2 Your Workflows

All automation workflows, bots, scripts, and configurations you create using Genzbots Studio are entirely your intellectual property. Genzbots claims no rights over the content you build.

6.3 Feedback

Any feedback, bug reports, or feature suggestions you provide may be used by us to improve the product. We are not obligated to compensate you for such contributions.

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of Genzbots Studio from time to time. Updates for cloud-connected features may be mandatory. For the Starter Edition, updates are provided at our discretion with no guaranteed schedule.

Upgrading from the Starter Edition to a paid tier is available at any time. Downgrading from a paid tier takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

This license remains in effect until terminated. Your license terminates automatically if you violate any term of this Agreement. Upon termination of a paid subscription, you lose access to paid-tier features but may continue using the Starter Edition.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke any license (including Starter) in cases of abuse, prohibited conduct, or legal obligations. In such cases, we will provide notice where legally permitted.

Genzbots Studio is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI-generated workflows are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated automations before deploying them in any production environment.

In no event shall Genzbots be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss — even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the license fees you paid for the software in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
